Nitin Fire Protection Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/10/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Liquidator of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 30th October, 2025, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated basis) of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2025, along with the statement of Assets and Liabilities, Cash Flow Statement and take note of the Audit Report with modified opinion, if any, thereon.
