Saboo Sodium Ch - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

The Company has acquired the remaining 20% equity shares of Samskara Resorts Private Limited, thereby making the Company a Wholly owned Subsidiary. After acquisition the Company has transferred it's Business Unit - Samskara Resort & Spa, Jaipur to Samskara Resorts Private Limited (Wholly owned Subsidiary) on a going Concern basis.
