Himatsingka Seide Limited has informed the Exchange about issuance of Equity Shares and/ or other eligible securities for an amount upto Rs. 500 Crores, through permissible modes, as may be decided by the Board and as permitted under applicable laws, subject to requisite regulatory/ statutory approvals.
