As of September 2025, 75.00% is owned by Indian Promoters and 25.01% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of Challani Capital company are Saravana Global Holdings Limited (60.01 lakhs shares / 40.01%), Shobha Padam Challani (52.07 lakhs shares / 34.71%), Amarabai J (20700 shares / 0.14%), Jayantilal (14545 shares / 0.10%) and Lalitha J A (5700 shares / 0.04%).

Out of 112.49 lakhs shares, Promoters of Challani Capital Company has over 60.01 lakhs (53.34%) shares on pledge as of September 30, 2025.
