As of September 2025, 72.93% is owned by Promoters and 27.07% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 50.98% and Foreign Promoters holds 21.95%.

Institutional holds 21.80% (Insurance Companies 1.61%) and Non-Institutional holds 5.26% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of ICICI Pru Life company are Icici Bank Limited (7376.06 lakhs shares / 50.98%) and Prudential Corporation Holdings Limited (3175.17 lakhs shares / 21.95%).
