Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Malta, Europe, named Akums Healthcare Malta Private Limited.

The registration certificate was received on October 20, 2025, in line with the company’s earlier disclosure dated February 6, 2025, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015.
