The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 21.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 21.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 0.98 per cent at Rs 555.11 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 549.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.64 per cent to Rs 513.19 crore from Rs 504.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 36.77 per cent at Rs 2.12 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 6.43 per cent to Rs 41.92 crore as against Rs 44.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.36 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 50.09 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.87 crore, while Taxation increased by 7.43 per cent at Rs 7.23 crore (Sep'24 Rs 6.73 crore).
