The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.14 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 40.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 39.34 per cent at Rs 23.06 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.55 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.92 per cent to Rs 22.81 crore from Rs 16.42 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 25.00 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 92.31 per cent to Rs 0.25 crore as against Rs 0.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 38.46 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.07 crore, while Taxation increased by 150.00 per cent at Rs 0.05 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.02 crore).
