The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.18 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.05 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 202.86 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 42.42 per cent at Rs 80.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 56.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 38.46 per cent to Rs 75.74 crore from Rs 54.70 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 12.50 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 144.13 per cent to Rs 5.20 crore as against Rs 2.13 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 71.47 per cent in September quarter.

Interest grew by 156.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.82 crore, while Taxation increased by 70.31 per cent at Rs 1.09 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.64 crore).
