As of September 2025, 16.36% is owned by Indian Promoters and 83.64% by Public.

Institutional holds 67.73% (Insurance Companies 4.19%) and Non-Institutional holds 15.90% as Public shareholders.

Top two Promoters holding highest number of shares of Bluestone Jewellery company are Gaurav Singh Kushwaha (244.65 lakhs shares / 16.17%) and Arpita Tomar (2.97 lakhs shares / 0.20%).
