Based on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee in the Executive Committee Meeting held on Thursday, 16.10.2025 at 10.00AM, the committee considered and approved the Appointment of Ms. Pallavi Shukla as an Additional Independent Director of the Company.
