Gujarat Gas has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended September 30, 2025

As of September 2025, 60.89% is owned by Indian Promoters and 39.11% by Public.

Institutional holds 18.67% (Insurance Companies 7.10%) and Non-Institutional holds 13.41% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of Gujarat Gas company are Gujarat State Petronet Ltd (3728.74 lakhs shares / 54.17%), Governor Of Gujarat (449.77 lakhs shares / 6.53%) and Gujarat State Energy Generation Limited (13.32 lakhs shares / 0.19%).
