Reliance Ind.Inf - Address Change

The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today i.e. on October 15, 2025, has approved shifting of the registered office of the Company from NKM International House, 5th floor, 178 Backbay Reclamation, Behind LIC Yogakshema Building, Babubhai Chinai Road, Mumbai - 400020 to 4th Floor, Court House, Lokmanya Tilak Marg, Dhobi Talao, Mumbai 400002.
