The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.58 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.43 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 6.17 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 0.57 per cent at Rs 12.17 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 12.24 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.37 per cent to Rs 14.27 crore from Rs 15.08 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 2.77 per cent at Rs 5.96 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 6.13 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 26.06 per cent to Rs -2.10 crore as against Rs -2.84 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 25.70 per cent in September quarter.

Taxation increased by 93.75 per cent at Rs 0.93 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.48 crore).
