As of September 2025, 44.18% is owned by Indian Promoters and 55.82% by Public.

Institutional holds 49.57% (Insurance Companies 0.81%) and Non-Institutional holds 6.26% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of V-Mart Retail company are Conquest Business Services Pvt Ltd (299.63 lakhs shares / 37.74%), Madan Gopal Agarwal (41.68 lakhs shares / 5.25%) and Lalit Agarwal (9.41 lakhs shares / 1.19%).
