The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.33 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.74 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 91.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 27.82 per cent at Rs 33.26 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.02 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.41 per cent to Rs 26.82 crore from Rs 22.46 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 83.33 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 0.42 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 80.90 per cent to Rs 6.44 crore as against Rs 3.56 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 41.31 per cent in September quarter.

Interest declined by 5.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.48 crore, while Taxation increased by 109.23 per cent at Rs 1.36 crore (Sep'24 Rs 0.65 crore).
