ACC has submitted to BSE the Shareholding Pattern for the Period Ended September 30, 2025

As of September 2025, 56.69% is owned by Promoters and 43.31% by Public.

Among Promoters holding, Indian Promoters holds 50.05% and Foreign Promoters holds 6.64%.

Institutional holds 27.59% (Insurance Companies 12.91%) and Non-Institutional holds 15.55% as Public shareholders.

Top three Promoters holding highest number of shares of ACC company are Ambuja Cements Limited (939.84 lakhs shares / 50.05%), Holderind Investments Ltd (84.11 lakhs shares / 4.48%) and Endeavour Trade And Investment Limited (40.62 lakhs shares / 2.16%).
