Jubilant Pharmova Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jubilant HollisterStier LLC (JHS), has successfully launched its third sterile fill & finish line at the Spokane Manufacturing Facility in Washington, US. The new line, inaugurated with the production of its first batch, increases the facility’s capacity by 50% and marks a key milestone in JHS’ multi-phase expansion strategy.

The line features advanced isolator technology to ensure enhanced sterility, throughput, and operational precision. Built to meet the highest global regulatory standards, it strengthens the company’s ability to support complex injectable programs across multiple therapeutic areas. The project involved a US$132 million investment, reflecting JHS’ long-term commitment to innovation, quality, and supply chain resilience.

With the upcoming fourth line, JHS is on track to double its sterile injectable capacity at Spokane, reinforcing its leadership in domestic US pharmaceutical manufacturing and contributing to national health security by reducing reliance on offshore supply chains.
