PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Section 149,162 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 3 of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 and other applicable provision if any of the said act, the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on March 28, 2015 has appointed Mrs. P. Sai Padma as Non-executive Director of the Company effective forthwith.
