The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 33.09 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 11.73 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 53.01 per cent at Rs 50.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 32.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 43.90 per cent to Rs 0.59 crore from Rs 0.41 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 839.71 per cent at Rs 6.39 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.68 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 53.08 per cent to Rs 49.69 crore as against Rs 32.46 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 0.06 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 27.95 crore, while Taxation decreased by 2260.00 per cent at Rs -1.08 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
