Esab India has declared 420% Final dividend for the financial year March 2025

Esab India Ltd. on Wednesday, 28 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 420 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 07 August 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 07 August 2025.

The last five dividends are 230% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 20 February 2025), 250% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2024), 300% Final dividend (Ex Date : 01 August 2024), 240% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 05 April 2024) and 320% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 24 November 2023).
