Sirca Paints India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/07/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Raising of funds through issuance of security including equity shares or any other eligible securities by way of one or more public and/or private offerings including on a preferential allotment basis and/or a qualified institutions placement, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of the shareholders of the Company.
