Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited (MIIL), a prominent real estate player in Mumbai, has announced its entry into South Mumbai with the redevelopment of a residential project in the upscale Dadar/Prabhadevi locality. The company has executed a Development Agreement for a project spread across approximately 31,000 sq. ft. of construction area, with an estimated revenue potential of ?800 million.
This marks MIIL’s foray into the Dadar/Prabhadevi micro-market, following the successful development of multiple gated communities across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The luxury sea-facing and city-facing residential project is strategically located near Shivaji Park and Prabhadevi Station, with top schools, colleges, hospitals, and shopping avenues all within a 2 km radius. Its prime location ensures excellent connectivity to key corporate hubs and recreational zones.
Speaking on the development, Mr. Vikram Jayantilal Lodha, Managing Director of MIIL, stated, “This project aligns with our strategic focus on high-potential and aspirational real estate segments. Dadar/Prabhadevi offers exceptional connectivity and infrastructure, making it a key growth area for residential development.”
The project is slated for launch in calendar year 2025 and is set to strengthen MIIL’s portfolio in premium residential markets. Currently, the company holds a strong presence in Western Mumbai with landmark residential projects in Goregaon and Andheri. With this expansion into South Mumbai, MIIL reaffirms its vision of sustained growth and leadership in the city’s real estate landscape.
