Rajesh Power Services Ltd has announced that it has received a significant order from GIFT Power Company Limited for the development of distribution and backup power systems in the SEZ and DTA areas of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gandhinagar.
In a regulatory filing under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company stated that the scope of work includes comprehensive power supply arrangements. These include grid power distribution for the SEZ area, backup power infrastructure for both SEZ and DTA zones, and SS feeder expansion work in the DTA area.
The total value of the contract stands at Rs 59.79 crore, with the execution period set at 18 months. The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and no related party transaction or promoter interest is involved.
This new project further strengthens Rajesh Power Services Ltd’s position in the power infrastructure domain and highlights its growing role in supporting key urban development initiatives like GIFT City.
