Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, we wish to inform that our company does not fall in the category of Large Corporate (as prescribed in Para No. 3.2 of the said Circular) as on March 31, 2025. Therefore, the framework provided in the said Circular is not applicable to the Company.
