LIC Housing Fi - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the Articles of Association of the Company the Board has through resolution by circulation approved the appointment of Shri Ratnakar Patnaik as an Additional Non Executive Non Independent Director with effect from 13/06/2025 and liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained in the ensuing AGM of the Company.
