reference to the query raised vide e-mail dated 10th June 2025 with respect to filing Limited Review Report instead of filing Auditor's Report on the Audited Financial Statements for Year Ended 31st March 2025 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)Regulations, 2015.We hereby state that we have uploaded the Auditor's Report, Audited Standalone Financial Statement along with the outcome of Board Meeting held on 30.05.2025 within prescribed time limit in PDF as well as XBRL, however there has been a typographic error in the Auditor's Report which mentions 'review report' instead of 'Audit Report' in the initial paragraph of the Audit Report.We hereby submit the duly rectified Audit report on Standalone Audited Financials of the Company for the year ended 31st March 2025 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, only in PDF format as advised by BSE Team.
