Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the company is setting up manufacturing facilities for which capex outlay of Rs. 20 Cr is envisaged. The plant is being set up by the Company at Pithampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh to manufacture Boron Oxide used in refractories.
