Pursuant to Regulation 24(A) and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, this is to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 07th June 2025 considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Mukesh Purohit & Company , Practicing Company Secretary as Secretarial Auditor for period of 5 years with effect from 01st April 2025 till 31st March 2030, subject to the approval of members at AGM of the Company.
