The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 61.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 92.13 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 9.90 per cent at Rs 15.01 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.66 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.50 per cent to Rs 16.92 crore from Rs 15.74 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 772.73 per cent at Rs 8.64 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.99 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 307.61 per cent to Rs -1.91 crore as against Rs 0.92 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 329.24 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 118.31 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.55 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.00 crore).
