Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd (WAAREERTL) has announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LOA) for executing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) work for a major solar power project with a capacity of 300 MW AC / 435 MW DC.

The project, valued at approximately Rs 346.33 crore (excluding taxes), involves the development of a ground-mounted solar power installation. The execution timeline is set for completion within the financial year 2025–26, in accordance with the order terms.

The disclosure has been made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, along with SEBI’s circular dated July 13, 2023.
