The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 1.34 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 37.31 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 46.62 per cent at Rs 15.87 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 29.73 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 45.00 per cent to Rs 15.50 crore from Rs 28.18 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 93.88 per cent at Rs 0.95 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.49 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 76.13 per cent to Rs 0.37 crore as against Rs 1.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 55.19 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 42.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.04 crore, while Taxation decreased by 38.00 per cent at Rs 0.31 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.50 crore).
