The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.54 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.83 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 34.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 50.56 per cent at Rs 8.83 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 17.86 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 47.04 per cent to Rs 8.41 crore from Rs 15.88 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 700.00 per cent at Rs 0.16 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 78.28 per cent to Rs 0.43 crore as against Rs 1.98 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 56.45 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 47.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.10 crore, while Taxation decreased by 125.29 per cent at Rs -0.22 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.87 crore).
