The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.53 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.51 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.61 per cent at Rs 6.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 6.21 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 16.31 per cent to Rs 4.67 crore from Rs 5.58 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 8.14 per cent at Rs 13.28 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 12.28 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 132.26 per cent to Rs 1.44 crore as against Rs 0.62 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 135.86 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 2.35 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.09 crore, while Taxation increased by 72.00 per cent at Rs -0.43 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.25 crore).
