The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 37.93 per cent at Rs 7.20 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 11.60 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 39.91 per cent to Rs 6.34 crore from Rs 10.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 57.14 per cent at Rs 0.03 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.07 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.14 per cent to Rs 0.87 crore as against Rs 1.05 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 32.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 3.45 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.15 crore).
