The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.39 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.27 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 44.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.23 per cent at Rs 31.81 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 26.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 20.17 per cent to Rs 30.86 crore from Rs 25.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 166.67 per cent at Rs 0.56 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.21 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 4.04 per cent to Rs 0.95 crore as against Rs 0.99 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 19.84 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 21.88 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.78 crore, while Taxation increased by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.18 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.10 crore).
