The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.62 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 19.23 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.09 per cent at Rs 27.73 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 27.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.09 per cent to Rs 25.84 crore from Rs 25.31 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 45.45 per cent at Rs 0.12 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.22 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 10.85 per cent to Rs 1.89 crore as against Rs 2.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 11.79 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 33.63 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.75 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.79 per cent at Rs 0.22 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.19 crore).
