The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 0.15 crore compared to net loss of Rs 1.70 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.75 per cent at Rs 9.43 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 9.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 18.78 per cent to Rs 8.78 crore from Rs 10.81 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 250.00 per cent at Rs 0.07 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 172.53 per cent to Rs 0.66 crore as against Rs -0.91 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 175.87 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 31.58 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.25 crore, while Taxation decreased by 80.00 per cent at Rs 0.04 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.20 crore).
