Sreechem Resins - Board Meeting Outcome for Standalone Audited Financial Results For The Quarter And Year Ended 31St March, 2

The Board of Directors of our Company was held today, 30th May, 2025 at the corporate office of the Company which approved and took on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025. In order to comply with the Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing with this letter, Standalone Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025 as per IND-AS Rules along with the 'Audit Report' issued by the Statutory Auditors and a declaration to the effect that Auditor's Report on Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company is with unmodified opinion.
