The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.84 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 300.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 19.62 per cent at Rs 82.20 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 102.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 25.09 per cent to Rs 70.84 crore from Rs 94.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 20.28 per cent at Rs 1.72 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 47.53 per cent to Rs 11.36 crore as against Rs 7.70 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 83.53 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 14.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.83 crore, while Taxation increased by 15.53 per cent at Rs 1.19 crore (Mar'24 Rs 1.03 crore).
