The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.80 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.92 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 49.05 per cent at Rs 96.94 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 65.04 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 50.44 per cent to Rs 86.49 crore from Rs 57.49 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 13.24 per cent at Rs 1.77 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.04 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 38.41 per cent to Rs 10.45 crore as against Rs 7.55 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 7.15 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 47.92 per cent y-o-y to Rs 5.34 crore
