The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.14 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.93 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 20.40 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 3.81 per cent at Rs 274.39 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 264.32 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.05 per cent to Rs 255.16 crore from Rs 245.23 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 4.17 per cent at Rs 2.25 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 2.16 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 0.73 per cent to Rs 19.23 crore as against Rs 19.09 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 2.91 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 12.33 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 1.28 per cent at Rs 2.38 crore (Mar'24 Rs 2.35 crore).
