The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 2.23 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 5.38 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose by 5.43 per cent at Rs 64.11 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 60.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 4.38 per cent to Rs 60.09 crore from Rs 57.57 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 62.94 per cent at Rs 0.53 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 1.43 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 24.38 per cent to Rs 4.03 crore as against Rs 3.24 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 17.82 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 41.94 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.18 crore, while Taxation decreased by 118.18 per cent at Rs -0.02 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.11 crore).
