The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.21 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.33 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 43.42 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 23.93 per cent at Rs 106.80 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 140.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.07 per cent to Rs 95.62 crore from Rs 132.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 828.38 per cent at Rs 6.87 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.74 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 49.67 per cent to Rs 11.18 crore as against Rs 7.47 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 96.80 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 148.46 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.23 crore, while Taxation increased by 800.00 per cent at Rs 3.85 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.55 crore).
