The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 375.64 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.57 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 65801.75 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 18.69 per cent at Rs 19.66 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 24.18 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 10.54 per cent to Rs 20.04 crore from Rs 22.40 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 553.97 per cent at Rs 4.12 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.63 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 121.35 per cent to Rs -0.38 crore as against Rs 1.78 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 126.22 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 23.25 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.50 crore, while Taxation increased by 230.84 per cent at Rs 5.77 crore (Mar'24 Rs -4.41 crore).
