The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.78 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.12 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 32.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 42.36 per cent at Rs 24.82 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 43.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 36.18 per cent to Rs 26.86 crore from Rs 42.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 34.51 per cent at Rs 6.12 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 4.55 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 312.50 per cent to Rs -2.04 crore as against Rs 0.96 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 466.07 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 15.07 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.62 crore
