Lucent Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/06/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated 21st May, 2025 under Regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 regarding Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, 29th May,2025 for approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31st, 2025. This is to inform you that due to unavoidable circumstances, the said Board Meeting has been postponed and rescheduled to be held on Tuesday, 3rd June, 2025.
