Mipco Seamless - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29th May, 2025 have considered and approved the change in the name of the company from Mipco Seamless Rings (Gujarat) Limited to Mipco Limited and the subsequent Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, subject to the consent of the members and the applicable statutory/regulatory authorities.
