The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.47 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.01 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4600.00 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.66 per cent at Rs 6.04 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 28.92 per cent to Rs 5.75 crore from Rs 8.09 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 1650.00 per cent at Rs 0.35 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.02 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 11.54 per cent to Rs 0.29 crore as against Rs 0.26 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 54.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 166.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.16 crore, while Taxation decreased by 400.00 per cent at Rs -0.15 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.05 crore).
