The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 47.22 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 45.21 per cent at Rs 93.91 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 64.67 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 46.78 per cent to Rs 89.74 crore from Rs 61.14 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 842.86 per cent at Rs 1.04 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs -0.14 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 17.85 per cent to Rs 4.16 crore as against Rs 3.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 18.86 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 50.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 3.24 crore, while Taxation increased by 159.38 per cent at Rs 0.19 crore (Mar'24 Rs -0.32 crore).
